Whilst working with Aspire4U, I was given the opportunity to take over their social media profiles in order to spend just under two weeks promoting their stage at Simmer Down Festival 2018. The task was to create brief Instagram posts for Aspire4U based on their experience at SimmerDown Festival 2017 as well as tell their followers that they were hosting a stage again for the second year in a row. The posts were quite bland and basic but it was enough to promote the festival.
The results from the campaign were good for an 11-day campaign. On Twitter over 630 impressions per day were earned over this period of time, with 7.0K in seven days. Facebook gained a reach of 4.9K+ with 3.8K+ from paid promotions – gaining 17 page likes in 7 days with 3 of them from the paid promotions. Instagram was a quieter area for the reach and the analytics showed this, with a total engagement of 147 likes and comments, and the most popular being 20 engagements on one post.
